Often organizations try to get the right candidate for either expansion plan, new start-up or filling up a vacancy. Many find that the hiring process is not an easy way to identify the right candidate for the post. In this regard, the Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ 奇门遁甲) Forecasting technique will be handy in helping the organizations.

The Day Stem Ji 己 (the asker) in the SE palace and the Hour Stem Geng 庚 (the candidate) in the NW palace. From the Hour Stem Geng 庚 in the NW palace, the palace consists of DSeclusion 杜 door, SFloss 蓬 star with U9Heaven 天 deity. This means the candidate honesty during the interview is questionable and he has a strong desire of getting what he wants! This behaviour is not suitable in a work place as he might do something against the company policy for his own interest. In addition, the NW palace counters the SE palace of the asker, another indication of the unsuitability of this candidate for the asker.
From the above analysis, the asker is advised not to hire him.
Subsequently, the asker followed up with another candidate, and asked me how about the next candidate. The QMDJ Forecasting allows us to forecast multiple candidates using the same QMDJ Hour Chart.
